Money Smart is a free program designed to help individuals manage their funds, a budget and their bank accounts more effectively. The program is open to Fulton County residents registered with the Office of Workforce Development (OWD). Participants can register for the class at any one of Fulton County’s Career Centers (follow link for locations).
