Fulton BOC Award Lifeline Animal Project Contract to Provide Animal Services for Fulton County | Print |

On January 23, 2013, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved to award Lifeline Animal Project the contract to provide animal services to Fulton County‚Äôs residents.  Lifeline will take over providing services upon the termination of the contract with the current vendor, The Barking Hound Foundation.  The Foundation currently has a month-to-month contract to provide the services. 

The contract that was awarded to Lifeline to run the facility is in the amount of 2.4 million dollars and includes services such as; daily management of the animal shelter, adoptions, licenses as well as spay and neutering services.
